今天真的是好累。。。 让我觉得自己已经成为压抑私人感情的高手。。。但是我仍然要感谢天父派来帮助与支持我的天使。。。 没有他们。。。我应该已经崩溃了。。。

the week has been busy with many other things that have happened...

grandma is still in hospital.... thank God for the successful op and the good recovery so far... hope that grandma will be strengthened with the therapy to come...

something very sad has happened... God pls be with y and her family... i really do not understand why this happened... but Lord you know... so pls comfort the family and be with them through this extremely difficult time...

sigh....

with all these happening... i felt tired emotionally and physically today... decided to go for a short run... it has to be short cos i have not been running for weeks! managed to do 5km today... short but a good start.. remembered i started with 1km years ago... and built up to my 21km last year... so not too bad to start with 5km...hopefully building up to 25km this year...
