it's i's birthday on 14th feb... yes he is a valentine's baby... a very special boy God has given to me... but has also taken him away...

been watching 天堂情书 on channel 8... reminded me of i and j...

sometimes i still wish i can hold their hands and talk to them...

hehe... a tiny break...

finally a tiny break! good that the next deadline for me is on 23rd... so still can enjoy the new year... haha... for now i am happy that my books are back on the shelf for the time-being...

and that my table is empty!!! haha.... though still have to prepare presentation and complete a paper... i am still going to play wii and enjoy the yummy yummy food!!!! hehe....

a run with ade!

sweet ade came to sembawang to run with me... and she took cab! faint... haha.. but i know she had a good time! having my company... running the nice park connector and park... a little adventure (which ade think i am crazy!)... and laughing at me at the end... haha...

we ran a solid distance of 5.3km... based on ade's iphone... then walk and run for another 2 plus km... not too bad... esp for ade... havent run for a mth! hehe... fang and crow! we miss you both! come join us! hehe.... we tried out new roads too... literally new cos they just built it! before it was mangrove swamp! and ade being a math student... mistaken mangrove for mangoes! haha! that's where we had a little adventure... cos we discovered that the new road does not lead to the park! though we were just next to it! haha... blocked by this 1m high metal fence... then ade suggested climbing over! haha.. despite my long legs... we failed miserably... and a chinese couple saw what we were tying to do... and they were simply amazed by us... haha.. they told us to walk to the entrance to get in... which we did lah... on grass that ade kept saying got holes! but dun have! haha.... then thot the adventure over rite... no lor... cos then we went to coffeeshop to have dinner... then discovered that the 10 bucks i have was gone! haha... think i dropped it when i took my phone out of the arm pouch... we tried to find it... but couldn't... and i also dunno where i dropped! haha.. so poor ade... hunderd plus became ice water... and my coffeeshop dinner became maggie me... haha.... but beyond all these! we had fun! hehe...

on another note... i handed my thesis first draft on fri noon... 16,000 plus words! madness! then just completed a 5-page paper due on tues.... and next deadline is 20 feb... so rather relaxed now... enjoying the free-from-assignments-for-a-while mind! hehe...

am i going to make it?

glad i went for a run yesterday in the midst of doing thesis.... it's been a long time since i ran 8km... have been stopping at 5km or 6km... so what is the motivation behind yesterday's run? other than getting rid of some fats... it's cos of 16km run coming up.... faint... 8km more to go... that will be 2hrs?

btw... thesis draft 1 is still not done... faintz...
