things have not been easy since i took up the new role... especially in the last two weeks...

Lord teach me to listen to You, to serve and lead in the way You have called me to... i do not want to rush, do not want to depend on myself, do not want to cause unnecessary stress to my people... instead i want to be a leader who truly understands and is able to support their work to benefit the students...
